As a small business, we aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days.
INTERNATIONAL
Economy Delivery: (Approximately 15-20 working days) Cost calculated at checkout.
Standard Delivery: (Approximately 5-6 working days) Cost calculated at checkout.
DUTIES & TAXES
Goods will be dispatched under Incoterms DAP – Delivered At Place (named place of destination).
Incoterms 2010 defines DAP as 'Delivered at Place' – the seller delivers when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the named place of destination. Under DAP terms, the risk passes from seller to buyer from the point of delivery.
After arrival of the goods in the country of destination, the customs clearance in the importing country needs to be completed by the buyer, including all customs duties and taxes.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay import fees from Gramage, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Gramage. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
RETURNS
All customers are entitled to return their products within 14-days of receiving their order provided items are in original, unused and resellable condition. We do not offer free returns. All costs associated with returning your order are your responsibility. We suggest adding insurance equating to the full value of the contents and choosing a service that includes tracking and requires a signature. We cannot be held accountable for returned items until we have received them.

Our return address and instructions will then be provided.
Please also print a copy of your order confirmation email and include this within the returning parcel. If you are unable to print the order confirmation, please include a piece of paper with your full name, order number and continue the steps above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 working day.
EXCHANGES
Our stock levels change very quickly - to ensure you don't miss out on the product you would like, return the product to us as explained in the returns section above. Once you have dispatched the return, purchase the desired product. This policy is in place to avoid you missing out on items that sell out whilst your return is on the way back to us!
